Clean up garden then maintain in Queen's Park

Job description:We have tried to do the garden ourselves but not very well. It needs tidying hedges cut and lawn mowed and small barked area contained at end of garden. We put up a small boarder buut it did not work. We would also then like the garden maintained once a fortnight.
