Job description:Hopefully a simple swap out; concrete for turf. The garden is currently covered in concrete and a large section needs to be broken up, the concrete taken away and replaced with turfing. Picture of the land available via email on request. Due to the sandy nature of the soil under the concrete it will need rotivating and perhaps some fresh top soil will be required (advice needed). The only point o interest is that the utilities will be running under one corner of the land so heavy equipment might need to be careful in that area. There is access to the side garden for a grabber truck with a swing arm. There is likely to be some additional heavy garden refuse for disposal. I genuinely don't know what the cost of this activity will be so hope to receive several quotes for comparison, so i've marked the work as £100 simply to fill the field.
