Clear and maintain a 30m rear and 10m front garden in Preston Park

Job description:Initially I suspect a bit of time needed to repair (?) lawn (may need relaying perhaps), and establish/create borders. Fairly easy layout - just wish for a nice lawn and some shrubs/plants etc. Would be more than happy to take advice etc. There is a pear tree and several shrubs over 5ft that need pruning too and a shed I would like to repair. We would be looking to have regular contact with a gardener re maintenance and I see this as a job in progress, no rush etc
