Job description:We're looking to buy a property where the rear yard has a patio. Currently, the patio is at the same level as the internal floor and is affecting the drainage of the yard. Our surveyor has recommended lowering the patio to resolve this problem. We'd like wooden decking installed to replace the patio flags after the drainage problem has been fixed. I need a quote for this work first.
