Job description:Need a small roof top area made into a roof top terrace to enable people to sit outside. Some fencing required to section off along with some big planters with flowers and plants in them and possibly some furniture. The surface is already paving slabs so no requirements there. Looking for a little guidance but not to spend thousands as needs to look nice and be long lasting but it is in a upmarket student building.
