Garden maintenance&design wildlife friendly garden in Horfield

Job description:I need some advise about laying out and planting in my smallish garden and also some manual help digging over flower beds and planting out an apple tree. I would like if poss to have a go at getting it tidied for the winter on Thursday 9th Nov as i can take the day off work. I am particularly interested in developing a wildlife friendly garden and even if the manual help is not available on that day I would greatly appreciate an hour or two of someones time to come and look round and tell me what things would be best planted where so that i have a plan to work to. I have left work details as this is a birthday surprise for my husband
