Re-turfing of lawn in Portishead

Job description:Possible re-turfing of small lawn and replacement of patio slabs in back garden. Garden was done by landscape gardener about 3 years ago, however the lawn has still deteriorated possibly due to difficult soil. Would welcome discussion regarding possible extension of patio area and other possible design ideas.
