Rear garden area clearance and construction of new garden in Butetown

Job description:Planning to remove existing decking and pavers from rear garden and return area to lawn. There is a tressle that covers half the rear garden which I want enclosed, extension of the walls with fencing, painting of the garden walls, re-use of decking to make area for bbq and dinner. Drainage will need to be provided underneath the lawn and from the roof area from the tressle. I have a basic design already and need someone to excute the works ideally for the start of spring.
