Creating easy maintenance garden in Caerau

Job description:The garden,at my mother's house was once pretty but now needs attention.It is about 57feet x 28feet. I need to reduce the maintenance required as my mother who owns it is now 88. I was thinking in terms of some slabs in some areas some returfing in others and some new fencing on three sides.I am very serious about getting this job done.
