Increase height on concrete fencing posts in Waterhouse Farm

Job description:We have a wooden fence with concrete posts. The height of the panels is about 4ft and we want to put full height panels in. We would prefer not to have to take out the concrete posts and would like a way of adding height to the posts somehow.
