Landscape area of large garden in West Highcliffe

Job description:Old summer house, 2 green houses, and concrete base has been removed, leaving an area of rubble. Would like to use this area for seating and a new summer house. Would like to make best use of space and also be accessible to mature person with limited mobility. Have seen a nice cabin at stable structures, but how to fit a rectangular building into space to get best of garden is defeating us. Also cannot decide whether to pave concrete or deck. Would like minimal step up or veranda so could have something to hold on to to step up into summer house.
