Build retaining wall / remove roots in Scholes

Job description:I require around 5 large violet bush roots removing, a wall of about 14m beefing up / replacing with retainer and a decorative facia to the outside. The area then needs backfilling to level with earth from the back garden. access is good from front to back and as no one seems interested this time of year i am open to design ideas / suggestions
