Job description:Garden: Less than half an acre walled garden very well kept till 2 years ago, then under family care once or twice a quarter. Now needs better attention to hold couch grass & convolvulus at bay pending sale / letting. About half under lawn, with established beds several of which have been mesh coated & mulched with wood-chip or gravel, gravel, concrete & crazy-paved paths, shrubs and trees, small pond with rampant water-lily. Tiny front garden has climbing roses on house wall & fuchsia hedge. Work includes: Ongoing maintenance of established beds but no seasonal planting, clearing paths of weeds, trimming of hedges, appropriate pruning of roses & shrubs, removal of garden refuse and lawn mowing. Satisfactory trial 2 day session payable at about £ 50 per day would lead to regular fortnightly job in summer, monthly in winter.
