Job description:Landscaping Improve drainage to garden. Lay slabs and rotate summerhouse to stand on same. Replace turf to lawn. Dig small pond Borders around lawn, and small vegetable batch. Small greenhouse to be erected, will require extending patio slightly New step down from patio. Replace water damaged bricks (12) and re-point. Replace some fence panelling. Paint all fencing. Paint decking with non-slip paint. Approx 33’ x 20’ apporx garden area Patio 13’ x 10’ & 10’ x 8’ ( with latter being in garden)
