Job description:• Take down all of the old fencing/hedge and dispose of the waste. • Dig out the flower bed and prepare for paving. • Install new fencing along the boundary line as discussed and along the front of the neighbours drive. • All of the fencing will be dome top to (waist) height • All of the fencing will be installed into concrete slotted posts and sit onto concrete gravel boards. • All of the posts will be a minimum of 600mm in the ground and secured using concrete. • Compact down MOT Type 1 stone in the area where the new paving is to be laid. • Lay new slabs 600mmx600mm along the line as discussed. • Remove and replace the damaged slab. • All of the slabs will be laid onto a concrete bed and not spots in the corners. • Remove all of the waste from the area. • Carry out a thorough clean up of the area on completion.
