Needs levelling and re-turfing or seeding, possible patio in Draycott

Job description:My garden is approx 90ft long by 33 ft wide and at the moment all uneven, I started the job by having 20 ton of top soil delivered, but my friend who was helping me has had to move to Hull with his job, and cannot do it on my own, the top soil is approx covering 20 ft of the garden from my back door, then it goes into grass, I am looking for someone to completely level out the lawn so it is flat, then re-turf or re-seed it, also if not to expensive I would also like about 5 rows of slabs put from my back door to the garden ie patio area so my kids can play if it is wet.
