Turfing of rear garden + possible lay of a patio in Mackworth

Job description:About 35 sq ft of rear garden to be turfed. It will need weedkilling first, rotavating, and leveling slightly. May need extra soil to level out. Also looking at having a patio laid at rear of the house, as all grass at the moment.
