Weeding, mowing lawn general tidy up in Sinfin

Job description:Hello, We live in Stenson fields and would like our garden to tidied up it is quite overgrown, Bushes need bringing up, Weeding between the paving stones. The garden is roughly 20 foot x 20 foot however there is a garage out there as well, there will be an oppurtunity to move onto driveway and front garden as well depending on price but the back garden is the main priorty. The first job is going to be the big one after that it will be maintaining(mowing weeding) it i am unsure of how often this would need to be done
