Filling in pond/landscaping/concrete paving foundations for a playhouse/removing cast iron fencing in Spondon

Job description:We have 2 very young children and would like to build a playhouse where the existing pond is. However as the area is not flat, some garden clearance and landscaping would be needed first, as well as concrete slabs laid to provide a foundation for the playhouse. Also there is an ugly cast iron fence surrounding the existing pond which needs digging up and disposing of. We would like the job completing ASAP as the playhouse is a birthday present for our son's second birthday on the 10th November.
