Rear garden landscaping, patio and planting. in East End

Job description:Garden approx 36 x 29 feet. Presently 95% grass and 5% concrete. Want concrete lifted, replaced and extended using concrete slabs (have these already) to make patio area. Planting around patio area. Move metal shed to side of house. Move part of fence/gate round side of house. Possibly bark climbing frame/slide area. I have a plan I designed myself but would appreciate the advice of a professional as to its suitability.
