Fortnightly grass cutting and general maintenance in Fowlis

Job description:grass cut front and back, need a petrol mower as won't be at home at the time, general weeding, hedge cut periodically. i need prob three hours worth of overhauling the garden as it is as it has become quite untidy and hedge desperately needs done and then 1-2 hours fortnightly thereafter. My grass takes me 40mins to cut.
