Job description:I require around 60Sqm of patio to be laid (soil/grass has to be removed first and made level with current patio) and removed from site there is room for a large skip. I wish for standard white concrete patio 2ft by 2ft tiles laid on a mortar bed. All materials, tools, skip ect is to be provided by the builder. I also wish the patio to slope to drainage also to be provided and installed by the builder. Please provide a quote for labor and materials separately in-case i wish to upgrade the flags (dependent on overall cost)
