Large overgrown garden in need of 'doing up' in Abbeymead

Job description:Garden approx 20 foot square (rough guestimate), overgrown with brambles at the back and a lot of rubbish at the side. Also has some wood posts in that were put in by previous tenant - I think for possibly building a deck. The garden needs clearing and mowing, brambles cutting back and I would be interested in knowing the cost of putting a deck in. The finished garden needs to be low maintinence. Any suggestions welcome!
