Move and rebuild retaining wall in Hart

Job description:I have a split level garden with a retaqining wall approx 1.5m high topped with wrought iron fence. I want the fence removing, lower the retaining wall to approx half its height, remove the earth 1 metre back and build second retaining wall of approx 75 cm.
