Fencing originally on wall. Recently blown down in Ashbrow

Job description:fence panels were originally secured with metal post holders and bolts. bolts now appeared to have been too short, and secured into render and not actually into the bricks underneath. hence they were too weak to hold the panels. several of the panels have blown down. would prefer fencing erected securely back onto wall. or suitable alternative. panels were bought new last august
