Levelling a small garden area in Golcar

Job description:I have a small garden area and it slopes. I would like to level it off so that i can place a table and chair set on it. it is lawned at the moment, but i t is in a poor state as the grass has been laid over rubble and sand after a housing development was erected adjacent to my property. I have a set of patio stones that could be used to create the flat area.
