Tidy garden and reduce weeds etc. in Sutton

Job description:The garden has been neglected by Tennents and Private Loandlord wishes to have garden made good. There is a front garden laid to lawn which has overgrown and a larger rear garden that again is laid to lwan but is overgrown. Also the patio and pathway around the garden have weeds and grass growing through so would like these cleaned aswell.
