Landscaped Garden to reinvigorate in St Peter's

Job description:Bringing back a small/medium landscaped garden that I have inherited back to life. Very, very approximately 10m x 20m with a home office in one corner. Have a real problem with weeds coming through cracks etc. Pull them up and they are back within a week. Large dying (dead?) tree at the back which needs either cutting down and removing or if possible saving. Overgrowing ivy that needs cutting back. Gravel area needs either re-gravelling or improving The borders are dying and underused. Planting around these and utilising pots etc to create a revitalised look but plants/flowers etc that are easy to maintain as very busy and like to use the garden to relax in when have spare time and not have to do lots of work!!
