Job description:We have a small front yard which is currently on a number of levels. we would like it levelling off (preferably with railway sleepers), block paved then fenced off so it is child-friendly. we are on a tight budget and the garden is tiny (approx 12ft by 15ft) so we would like it done as cheaply as possible but with it still looking beautiful. thanks .
