Fell a tall evergreen connifer and lop / trim a cherry type tree. in Middleton Park

Job description:Hi, I have a rental property in ls10 4qz. In the rear garden is an evergreen / conifer type tree which is now as tall as the house. I would like this felling and removing from the premises. There is also a cherry type tree which I would like trimmed to a more manageable size. I would currently like a quotation for the work which I would then like carrying out anytime within the next couple of months at your convenvenience. I have attached a photo taken from the front of the house which shows the two trees. I have written confirmation from leeds county council advising that there are no tree preservation orders (TPO's) on either of these trees.
