Job description:To clear, level and sort a garden in order to attract potential buyers to a house. I am open to ideas which attract buyers whilst looking for value for money. Probably requires a tradesman with a digger. Current State The rear Garden is approximately 30 feet by 70 feet with a garage. The first 25 x 20 foot is level with grass, there is currently another 20 x 30 ft section with paving slabs the remaining 35 x 30 ft section is longer grass which will take some levelling and is at a slightly higher level. There is also a small front space which is currently temporarily paved and a little bit of turf that runs the length of a drive which fits approx 3 car lengths.
