Job description:we are in need of a garden clearance and level. due to the size of the garden. we are almost certain some light plant machinary (digger) will be needed. builders rubble at the end (previous owners) from foundations of a conservatory. Possibly lawned aftwerward, though we can scatter grass seeds ourselves (i understand this is the cheapest way) We would also require fencing, though depending on cost of the level, that may have to wait.
