Garden maintenance in Glenfield

Job description:WEEDING AND PLANTING AND SOME CLEARING. I have a semi detached house with small front and back gardens. The back area includes a small 'lawn' - currently a jungle! Due to an operation I cannot dig, weed or plant. There are two alternatives- a) the back and front garden weeded, cleared up and 100 bulbs put in or b) weed the small front and plant bulbs and wait until spring to see what comes up. There are a lot of plants in there somewhere. I could need continual maintenance. There are no big things to remove.
