Advice regarding eucalyptus tree in Clubmoor

Job description:We have a eucalyptus tree in our rear garden about 1 1/2 times the size of our house and about 20ft from the rear of our property. Our garden is also at a slightly lower level than the house/street and is accessed by 3 steps. We are concerned that it might be causing possible damage to drains and if so then possibly causing some structural movement to house? We're looking for advice to see if this type of tree can cause structural movement to a house and if so what are the options and costs involved. Thanks
