Cut hedges, mow lawns, weeding etc in Chorlton Park

Job description:the garden is small at the front but has low hedges on all sides and a small lawn area and some establshed plants. The back garden is quite large and has several established trees. It also has large hedges to the back and rear and a large lawn area. It is desperate need of strimming/ mowing and weeding. I have a potato and onion patch in one small area. I would need regular upkeep in the garden around once a month once the initial tidying etc is completed.
