Back-yard surfacing in Gorton North

Job description:We have a small area of cracked and broken concrete in our back yard which needs digging up and replacing with nice flags or similar. The area will also need leveling and there may be water pipes under the concrete. There is also a small slightly raised area where an outside toilet was previously sited which will need removing and potentially a sewer point which may need re-capping once the raised area is removed. I do not know the approximate area however it is not large. This is a one-off job and we do need the work doing as I have a 16month old daughter raring to go in the garden and it's not safe at present, however until we know how much it will cost I am unable to say when we will be getting it done - but we are looking to do this as soon as possible due to my aforementioned daughter.
