New path cutting away some of the front garden and cutting down a tree in Radcliffe

Job description:the path is at the moment a combination of tarmac and paving slabs. we want to extend it taking away some of the grass, cutting down a tree and making the whole thing just one material. there is also some work in the back garden with a patio needed with some cutting away of grass. we are thinking of either block paving or concrete with a print we would like some advice as well on the best options. the cost we have budgeted is btw £1000 and £1500 but this is an estimate only.
