Re do garden in Withington

Job description:We have a large garden about 100 feet long 30 across. Needs maintenance urgently then redeisgning.Nedds re turfing,some large shrubs removing and new planting,area at bottom of garden (got a sunken garden at the mo) needs levelling,small seating area developed (already got the paving stones from left over drive) and a shed would be nice. I want practical simple but with a cottagey feel,nothing too sculptured.AM open to good ideas!!
