Rear fence needs repairing; gates at front and side of flat need repairing / replacing in Dene

Job description:My downstairs flat in High Heaton has a small garden to the rear. The fence separating my garden from my upstairs neighbour's suffered wind damage months ago, and I think one or two of the posts may be somewhat rotten. I need the fence repaired, hopefully reusing the existing panels. In addition, I need a new gate at the front of the property fitting, and the gate to the side of the flat repairing so it stays latched / bolted rather than blowing open.
