Job description:I am not sure of the exact size of the small council house garden. The lawn needs to be levelled out because it has a few pot holes and the lawn if more made up of wildflowers and weeds. I wish to look for trades people I can refare back to for any future jobs for many years to come. I have inherited my first house, and wish to continue into the property investment business and donate some of my profits from the sale, let, of each property to various charities. How ever the lawn for this house needs replacing and the pot holes needs leveling off with soil please.
