Job description:L shaped, roughly 25 feet by 15 / 10 feet. Not overgrown but plenty of low level weeds and lumpy ground. Would like it flattened and laid to lawn, either seeded or trufed depending on price, we're in no rush. There is a pile of earth that would either need to be cleared or could be used to level the other areas.
