Removal of Russian Vine and replacement with less aggressive climber in Town Close

Job description:We have a relatively small garden which has a large Russian Vine that is believed to be rooted in our garden climbing along a side fence and over the back wall. This vine grows very quickly so requires a lot of maintenance and we are looking to kill and remove it completely before replacing with a less aggressive climber to give cover along side fence, perhaps clematis or similar. There may be a small amount of repair needed to fencing but this work is optional.
