Job description:My front and back gardens are very big and currently I have a gardener who does maintenance but no planting. Also, they are from a local nursery and what I am looking for is someone who LOVES gardening and has vision. The soil seems very compacted so things do not grow brilliantly, but I am looking for some all-round colour, adding to existent borders and rockery rather than a revolutionary design, then looking after it all based on expert knowledge, including pruning when necessary without guidance and coming up with suggestions for improvement as time goes on. I am happy to potter in between.
