Job description:Size is 17.5 ft x 20ft with an additional 21 ft by 6ft 6 ( stone bedding being 3ft 3) running past the kitchen. . Looking at levelling out a floor that is made up of slabs and concrete, possibly putting decking down? The area is L shaped and the kitchen door comes out in front of one of two large concrete framed beds. The other one is along the back wall and to the left. It is a terraced property with access to a service lane via a wooden door (needs replacing). Walls are a mix of concrete and bricks.
