Lay sandstone patio and build stone wall in Pontnewynydd

Job description:Re-advertised due to tradesmen who originally agreed to the work now not replying to telephone calls or emails to arrange a start date! 1. Lay patio of approx 14m2. Area has already been dug out. The patio slabs will be sandstone and will need to be laid on a wetbed of sand and cement. I will also need a low step on the patio for ease of stepping out of the french doors from the conservatory. Sandstone slabs can be supplied by me, but a quote inclusive or exclusive of slabs is acceptable (but please make it clear if your quote includes the sandstone slabs or not, thanks). The sand, cement etc needs to be included in your quote. 2. I need a wall built from stone approx 90-100cms high and 4 metres in length. I require steps built into the wall to step from the top level of the garden to the middle level ( I imagine 2 steps will probably do). The stone for the wall is already in the garden but all other building materials should be included in your quote. The wall needs to be finished to a good standard as eventually I will also need this lower area as patio and I want the wall to look good. There is the possibilty of more work (2nd patio mentioned above) and levelling/turfing lawn area. I'd like work to start fairly soon as this has been dragging on wating for the tradesmen who now doesn't respond. FYI The sandstone slabs I like are modac and mint fossil.
