To return a garden back to lawn in Pudsey

Job description:House is now 10 years old and garden has never really worked. Just want to returf the lot and start again. An experience in decking ould be appreciated and we are open to suggestions. Garden is rectangular and approx 22 metres by 12 metres. I've put "not sure" in budget range but I'd like if possible to get the job done for £1000 but I can be flexible for the right job.
