Decaying conifers around border edges and a few broken flags in Milnrow

Job description:I have a mid terraced house with a long garden,quite substantial in size.It has been, up until the last few months well maintained ,but unfortunately is now becoming lifeless and looking in desperate need of tlc.It is predominantly flagged with conifers to the border edges ,but are now looking very brown, sparse and lifeless.?I also have some overgrowth of shrubs to borders too? will these need removing.I have several flaggs that are also braking off.I need a shed as well ,as no where to store anything and fencing and gate need weather coating.I would appreciate some suggestions to make it look presentable and maintable and with some injection of colour.I would also welcome all rubbish being removed,and if possible a brochure or photos of previous jobs ,to give me an idea of how i would like it to look.Also the front is extremly small and wondered if you had any ideas for this too,presently no lawn just blank.a typically sized terraced front.
