Weeding and weed killing, clearing some ground in Flanderwell

Job description:(1) Area about 6m2 - need to clear of well establish weeds. Quite established weeds! (2) Cut back lawn and hedge - not too bad. (3) Weed and weed kill another area about 3m2 and pull out a bush. This area is located in the alley between houses and I'll put the bins on the ground once it has been cleared. Also... If we get on well my next plan is to Weed and dig for planting - front garden about 20m2 and have a gardener visit about once a month to tidy me up when I haven't had the time.
