Job description:Hard landscaping at rear of property customer has detailed plan to include:1)Remove existing patio slabs and 2 small retaining walls.2)Create new patio area in Riven paving approx 2 mts larger than original to include octant design.3)Create new retaining wall 2feet high in stone to include 3 planters and set of steps.4)Create new seating area with 2 planters in stone in top corner of garden with octant base.5)In opposite corner create 1 octant base for water feature to be provided by customer.6)Electrics and cabling to feature to be accomodated into landscaping and to rear of property.7)Provide and erect 12mts of double sided dome top fencing to left side of property to include concrete posts and gravel boards.8)Materials for stone and paving to be based on Stonemarket products in York Buff or nearest equivalent.9)Price to include dismantling and removal of all old debris. Approx area 12mts x 12mts. No ongoing maintenance
