X3 gardens need some re design + maintenance in Birley

Job description:3 garden sections need attention. Front approx 20 ft x 20ft, back approx 20ft x 20 ft and side 12ft by 2ft. Front is ok but could do with refreshing with white pebbles and possibly changing hedging to fencing. Back is in desperate need, it has tall conifers on two sides, a small patio area and raised grass area. Side is just weeds! I need someone to look at and tell me what can be done to make it more appealing and comfortable. My taste is modern with little maintenance work as I have no gardening skills. Thank you.
